Pros

HungryTripper was a great place to start right out of college and I learned a lot here. The support from management and the team mates builds a great working atmosphere here in HungryTripper. Great to be part of a passionate team.

Cons

Being frankly, it's a startup and we face a lot of obstacles each and everyday. Still we are focusing for a better tomorrow.

Pros

I would like to pause a moment and give my warm wishes to Siddharth sir and Harish sir. They are the best mentors you can ever asked for. Hungry Tripper is not just a company, felt like a family there. All the employees are so goal oriented and they will make you feel like a home. You get to learn a lot, specially from Siddharth sir, at any cost he will be there for their employees, he is always there to motivate for both personal and professional growth! Seniors are well experienced in their fields and always ready to help out juniors no matter what. Work pressure is there, which is in every organisation, without pressure there won't be any growth!

Cons

You won't get cab facilities, home, or food in office!

Pros

There are no pros. The company is full of trash methodologies.

Cons

a) Extreme Micromanagement on an Hourly Basis which is Lame. b) Two Frustrated CEOs who cannot make money. Take out all their frustrations on employees. c) Don't ask questions because CEOs feel that asking questions make you look silly. Lot of times in hospitality a lot of silly questions are asked by the travelers themselves not employees. d) Trash tools for working and usage of outdated methods. e) Constant comparison of employees with each other. They will keep bugging you why they pay you. When someone downgrades their salary to join this pile of trash. f) Dumb People write flexible timings on their job portals and make you work like slaves. No care for hard work. g) No work life Balance

So, we let go of an employee for ethical reasons and we get a review! Great. We have a super happy family (our employees) helping us grow strongly, who have stuck with us at tough times, help us grow. That matters more to us. Anyone seeing this, do come to our office, meet the team, have a cup of coffee with us and you will understand the culture at HungryTripper. And for you, I still feel bad that you need to do this rather than focussing on what went wrong on your part. Ethics matters! nothing else. I feel tempted to type what went wrong with you for all the readers out here, but i do not want to. Let me stay civilised! To us, more than anything we are focussing on building at HungryTripper, Ethics matters! We wont hesitate to take a similar call again with anyone like you (And we are super happy, no one is like that)But anyways, we can only advise. Good luck with your career!
