      Pros

      It’s flexible, fully remote, resources, training, monthly one on ones with management, unlimited amount of training/ live calls with peers and management. I work with great people. The parent company is Staffmark Group which is a huge company so if you ever need something have questions about anything or want to learn something now there is always a resource available to you in so many different forms. Also, they promote from within so there is always room for advancement if that’s what you want.

      Cons

      There aren’t many in my branch. Mass modules when you start. That’s the only thing I can think of.

      Pros

      Employees are treated with respect and their contributions are value and the executive team leads with integrity and vision.

      Cons

      Workload can be intense at times however for those who thrive under pressure, that workload can be managed.

      Cons

      Ability to receive base increases is impacted on the performance of the parent company (Staffmark Group). If Hunter Hamilton is performing well but SMG is not where they would like to be, it trickles down to internal brands such as HH not receiving merit increases
