      Pros

      The patrons are the best part of the job.

      Cons

      The administration works hard to abuse and mistreat any workers who are not in their “favorites.” Only nepotism hires get promoted. Seniority is ignored. The ones in charge either mock and belittle their workers or create lies in an attempt to get rid of people they don’t like.

      -Paid Holidays -Set schedule -A lot of sick time -Ability to make more money or earn more comp time -Insurance -Great co-workers who hear you out and want to support you from the same level and from those above you

      -Hard to get a change of schedule -Pay isn't enough for the cost of living, especially in the area
