I've grown so much in the time that I've been here, but there is hostile work environment here. - Inventory Hunting Employee Review

There is a huge problem with conflict here that just gets swept under the rug. There seems to be no real rules for some people and it doesn't go unnoticed by the rest of the staff. When really unethical things have happened, there seems to be no real consequences. At least not to the people not directly involved. It's just bad for morale.
