This is the worst company you can work for, I have worked with 3 companies till now but I have never worked with such unprofessional people, they promise so many things and none of it they can provide for eg. trips, leaves etc. They will tell you so many good things in the interview that you'll think this is the best company. Before joining this company, try to get in touch with people working here on linkedIn etc, you'll know the truth. They laid off so many people recently and the work culture is so bad. Most of the ratings seems paid as no employee can write good things with the environment they have there. They want you to work on weekends, on saturdays, at night (basically everytime). You won't get time for your personal life at all. They once said to me that if you have time to have fun on weekends you should have time for extra work as well. Your mental health will be ruined if you join here. Also, it's not good for your career as well as there's no appraisal and no growth. They just want to hire people with the minimum salary and expect them to give their blood in return. You can get better salary and better work culture literally anywhere. They will pay you in peanuts.
