Good customer experience and sales pitching. Learn to think on the fly in order to get a sale. Colleagues will give you positive feedback and always help you if needed. You get a bonus compensation if you get a sale
Cons
Must be able to handle rejection, most people you call will say no, but don't get discouraged. This is the hardest part of the job.
