      Pros

      The favoritism and political decisions are so much in abundance, that there are no pros seen. A typical day starts and ends with the blame game. Senior management loves to protect their favorite people, irrespective of the work they do or not. The top management does not know, neither do they care to know what's happening at ground level. Avoid the Pune center at any cost.

      Cons

      Management is very orthodox and short-sighted. The only way to grow is through favoritism if the management does not like you, your hard work & performance will be ignored.
