Cons
1) There is no work-life balance, no work culture, and management is very bad, especially the HR team and the IT Team the upper management is unable to manage the team. There is no growth in this company. Late appraisal. 2) After covid, this company's progress declines day by day. 3) Pune office is very small in size. 4) The company does not have a vision.
