A opportunity to learn what not to do as a manager.
Cons
The job interview isn't done by the HR manager, so benefits, salary, and commissions aren't well explained. CEO uses inappropriate language to the employees, doesn't respect them, and scream at them. There's a conflict of interest between the general management and the HR management. Poor training of the system used.
