Pros

Exposure to diverse projects and a chance to learn new technologies.

Cons

- The management team lacks effectiveness and often comes across as dismissive. - The manager provides limited guidance, frequently resorting to generic responses like "okay," "thank you," or "we'll work on it," which doesn't inspire confidence. - The CEO demands extensive work without offering fair compensation, leading to frustration among employees. - Micromanagement is a constant issue, limiting autonomy and trust. - Client projects are sometimes acquired using inflated employee profiles, misrepresenting actual experience levels. - The salary structure is overly complicated and restrictive, making transitions to other jobs difficult. - Variable pay is split into two parts (October and March), and deductions are based on ratings, which feel arbitrary and discouraging. - Policies are overly restrictive; even liking LinkedIn posts can lead to reprimands. - Online reviews and ratings are often written under pressure, making them unreliable. HR are the ones putting those ratings using the developers

Pros

I got great experience from this first job. I constantly kept learning multiple tech stacks. The company is very adaptable to new technologies and expects employees to stay updated. Most colleagues and seniors are encouraging.

Cons

Work pressure is high during initial time
