Clean canteen, fairly clean welding shop some of the lads are good but long term employees will stab you in the back when they get a chance.

Shift work have no life earlies , backs , nights . If you work on days get peanuts paid have to go on 3 shifts to get a 25% shift allowance basic rate £9.50 an hour and they will make you work for that literally be a slave there . Cameras watching you . Enormous pressure from the shop floor manager and a supervisor. There is a target of 350 pounds in a shift wich they expect you to do you get a barcode with your name on it and have to log on and log off when the jobs finished so they can see your performnce . If your too slow there is no chance to get a contract an they can literally tell you option your speed or you know where the door is. A lot of favouritism . The favourites are put on easy jobs to make £350 in a day or even more thats how they get a pay rise at the end of finacial year .With the help of production manager others are left out who work very hard it is unfair . Always looking for people beacuse no one wants to be treated like a dirt especially foreign national workers who are used and abused threated to be sakced by production manager with gray hair and a supervisor with A pony tail. I have myself heard a number of times how a supervisor said those swear word useless Poles remember they work so hard to get you a wage paid while you sit and talk badly about them disgraceful. Before finishing my review want to mention one more thing before the camers were installed a supervisor with pony tail used to bring stuff from home get it welded repaired and then get paid for that outside Hydram .
