      56 hour mandatory overtime for months and months No smoking allowed on property, not even cars Culture is very shallow and clique filled Expensive insurance Only match 50% of 6% for 401k 20 minute lunch for 11 hour shift

      Pros

      This position pays well for a part-time job. As well as pay, I was pleasently surprised by how clean and organized the facility is.

      Cons

      The Flex Shift can drag on due to the late hours, but the scheduled breaks help.
