Great company, friendly, and pay

The summer days can get rough

Probably the best Pro’s for this company was the working hours.

This place is a revolving door of employees. There are many cons to working there. Whatever you hire in at will be the pay that your are stuck at for the entire time that you are there. Secondly their benefits are horrible. You pay extremely high rates for medical, no 401(k), essentially no dental, very low vacation days and personal/sick days. You will be disrespected by the shop foreman and treated like a little kid. Almost everybody wants to punch the guy in the face. Upper management will blame you for everything that goes wrong including when upper management orders the wrong parts/equipment, doesn't get you the right equipment, and doesn't order the parts of all.
