- Offer in-person, partly or fully remote employment - Great opportunities to learn and grow in the company - Good teamwork and collaboration - Management does a great job of communicating company vision and strategy so you always know where you fit in and how you contribute to company growth

Cons

- Could improve on offering permanent employment with benefits for qualifying individuals - Could also improve on providing more competitive salaries for qualifying individuals
