This is a great entry way into the gaming hardware industry. They often take people who are new, or no experience in the industry or the position are applying for and train them up.
Cons
They expect to much of their employees, for to little of pay. They often are willing to take people new to the industry or position, underpay them for that position and then drag them for not performing at the same level as a seasoned professional.
