I would like to share my experience with this company in detail, as it reflects the serious issues I faced during my tenure. Firstly, the HR department is highly unprofessional. During the interview and selection process, they never informed us about the actual work environment. Upon joining, I was sent to a chemical and medicine manufacturing plant, which operates in multiple shifts – day, night, and midnight. New employees are almost always assigned to the night shift because existing staff avoid it. This crucial detail should have been clearly communicated during the interview or at least after the selection. The most disturbing aspect is the bond and the instructions displayed at the plant. They have literally written that even if an employee dies from chemical exposure or suffers any serious harm, the company is not liable. The bond is drafted in a way that leaves employees with no options. Even if you are given tasks unrelated to your original profile, you are forced to complete them because the bond covers it. I faced health issues due to the environment and requested both medical leave and a transfer to another plant. My requests were outright denied. The company responded that they do not care about employee health and threatened that if I resign, they will encash my ₹50,000 security cheque. If the cheque bounces, they file a criminal case under Section NIA 138. This is where the bond comes into play – it is written in such a way that the company protects itself completely, and the employee is left helpless. From my observation, the company’s primary business appears to be collecting money from employees who resign or break the bond. The working environment is designed in a manner that forces people to leave. Employees are treated with no respect whatsoever and are made to feel like slaves rather than professionals. I strongly recommend that anyone considering joining this company read all legal documents carefully and be fully aware of the work environment before accepting any offer.
