      Work pressure is low, they are not using any complex structure they are follow normal structure which is easy for beginners

      Cons

      Management are not good, for their wrong decision we work whole night many days. HR is also very bad she is not gave experience latter

      You’ll get to learn everything real fast, work in maximum pressure, great exposure for freshers

      Cons

      you’ll be a jack of all trades & master of none, no hike or barely any hike, absolutely no growth, delayed salaries, unclear structure, no certainty, no motivation since not enough salary, highly likely to get burnt out!
