      •Hyphen puts a lot of emphasis on maintaining (and improving) employee moral through ongoing feedback programs •Consistently promotes community and a fun culture by finding new ways to engage with employees •Great work/life balance and schedule flexibility •Hyphen invests in its employees by offering great benefits and retirement packages •Compensation is consistent with and in some cases above industry average

      The company has opportunities to improve diversity, which I'm sure will be prioritized as it continues to expand.

      Pros

      I love how flexible we are. Everyone knows what they have to do and when, but we get to try new things and get to work on a wide range of things covering all types of projects. Creativity and thinking outside the box is embraced. We have an open avenue to throw out new ideas to management and we get to run with them too! It's very fluid and fun.

      Cons

      Communication could flow better across teams sometimes.

      Pros

      Amazing to work for a company that has a vision of the future and has set tangible goals on how to get there. Leadership is invested in personal growth and has done a great job of balancing clear direction with autonomy. Environment is very fast paced, but it keeps things exciting and engaging. Work can be fun! Who knew?
