      Pros

      Great work place for anyone, also possible hire and contract extensions. They use up-to-date s/w's.

      Cons

      There are few leads who are not fit for leading a team but as a senior most team member and FTE the company had no option. These leads who know nothing other than business... they feel like superiors. Because of their politics people loose their jobs.
