Work culture - AR Analyst IAB Solutions Employee Review

The company culture is outstanding. From Day 1 you will be treated as a valued member of the IAB family. In my experience, I was always able to ask questions and get help whenever needed. The management team is very willing to carefully go over your specific assignments so you could truly understand what is expected of you and the tools you'll use to perform the work. The office is full of friendly coworkers too and are some of the most genuine and positive people I have met. The hybrid work schedule allows you flexibility to be home some days and in the office others, which for me was an outstanding perk and created a nice work-life balance. There is incredible room for growth at this company as well. I started as an assistant AR Analyst and quickly made my way into an AR Analyst role after only a few short months. The office will also hold events like holiday parties which really allows you to get to know your colleagues and build your network.

I truly do not have any negatives to say about my experience at IAB.

Flexible work hours team work environment with peers only. Good location to commute to and from easy to get along with coworkers

Only get a half hour for lunch. Can't talk to coworkers by standing over cubes have to let management know when taking a 15 minute break. No communication with management. No training at all with what is expected. Projects are slow to get started. No pay advances no room at all to advance in your current position. Favoritism to certain employees while others get a firm NO.
