      Pros

      PTO was great and a few people you could trust.

      Cons

      "Work/life" balance was advertised but not truly a thing, incredibly unprofessional leadership, poor training, never-ending workload, "just do it now, think about it later" mentality that seems to keep the company in a constant state of chaos.

      Pros

      Excellent culture, fair pay, excellent benefits and perks, no mircromangers, open and honest leadership and management!

      Cons

      Pay could be more but the incentive comp and benefits are a very fair trade-off
