Pros

The company has some very talented employees who are a great group to work with. The unlimited PTO is also a great perk.

Cons

The company has become top heavy over the last 18 months. There seems to be too many managers and not enough employees to actually get the work done. Because of this, milestones are missed, and deadlines are pushed back. The pay is below the market when compared to other robotic companies in the Pittsburgh area. There is a very high attrition rate. Many of the employees have left since the new leadership has taken over. As of this posting, a majority of the employees have been with the company less than 18 months. There are little to no career growth opportunities. The best way to get promoted is to quit your job and find an opportunity at another company for more pay/better title. Employees who are good performers are terminated on the spot leaving others wondering why they were let go. This not only leads towards lower morale, but it creates tension between the employees and the management team. My advice to those of you considering working here...don't. Look for opportunities at other companies in the Pittsburgh area. You will make more money and have better career opportunities.

Pros

Awesome team members, flexible work environment, great benefits and PTO plan

Cons

VPs do a pretty terrible job of listening to the HR team's feedback. We share honest feedback on the monthly surveys, but it's clear that leadership doesn't care.
