      Great pay but not worth the poor work life balance.

      Cons

      Overtime expected and no work life balance. Poor management with a ‘do as I say’ attitude and if you dare to question then be aware of potentially losing your job. They prefer to terminate employees right before their booked vacation and ‘without cause’.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, non-political company environment and people are willing to help each other. Company has a good balance sheet and the potential to do great things.

      Cons

      Company tries to keep all options open instead of using their cash to build long term shareholder value. Company needs to decide on a plan forward and execute.
