Not a demanting job in terms of knowledge of the field, just a routine job with easy everyday tasks
Cons
The working environment isn't healthy, working in a basement in the 3rd basement which was a parking place before They don't treat you as a scientist, so you have to do a lot of heavy work like carry heavy loads, cleaning etc No progression into senior levels no matter how hard you work or how many years you are working Usually all the erroneus results where attributed to mistakes made by the biologists no matter what had really happened
