Culture - Full of uneducated people you will get as your boss & they enjoy to disregard outsider who are well educated. No policy implemented all are as per the wish of Owner. Office Politics - It is at peak in this company all management staff have ego issue & incapable of taking right decision so they play football & do hell of politics . HR - Serial lire they provide wrong information, Please note the company is Not going to list publicly, They don't have food business that business belongs to other member of family, they don't have milk & milk product business, They are not sell of as prime product soya oil & its product, Their retail business is nothing they are doing since 1990, never grew, They have only business which in chicken selling ( Poultry Business) which is quiet heinous which you cant imagine also. Owner - he quiet ego centric & uneducated person. Communal - They have mosque inside corporate office .....in which maulana recites 24 hrs.
