Somewhat flexible schedule; well-educated coworkers; pleasant clientele; convenient location; some room for creativity; staff is nice
Cons
Compensation is not great, though expectations are high. Work environment is not clean. Management is a bit lax. Boss can be punitive and irrational. Some of the curriculum used is outdated.
