      No pros at all No industry standard No processes

      45 days salary cycle to get paid for 30 9.30 to 6.30 for 6 days working No value of employees or talent CEO would act upon employees as punching bag He would every stance of the meet would demand of suits and shoes 6 days a week for which the scolding would lead to a 2 hr session No one in management is from events background hence no clue of anything but immature demands and verdicts on the experienced talent AC won't be working for a year now still not acting on that but they act as an award-winning agency Totally disgusting experience on all front No work from home No sick leaves

      The people who are working, they are really good except the account department. The company is running because of the good employees. They work really hard to get good clients.

      🚨 Warning: Avoid IBFW Company at All Costs 🚨 I had a terrible experience with IBFW Company. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They took my money from clients and never delivered on their promises. They don't pay their vendors or employees properly, and they don't honor Full and Final Settlements (FNF). They are a total fraud company. If you're thinking about working with them or joining them, think again. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable company instead
