      IC Enable is pretty well structured as a contract service provider. They have a well evolved set of best practices as well as good support from team leads and co-workers.

      Cons

      The clients tend to treat the IC enable contractors dismissively and disdainfully. IC Enable is not positioned to protect their employees from client sweatshop demands.

      Pay rate was good for entry level

      Cons

      They still don't have the stuff together. communication is minimal if at all especially between client and lead. I had to wait for a week and a half before I received my work station, and then it took them another day to provide the correct log in. Then was let go 3 weeks after that because they didn't have recourse to train.
