I have had the pleasure of working with ICEO for some time now, and I can confidently say that it has been hell of a ride, but in a positive and fun way. 1. I especially appreciate the remote-first approach. In case of ICEO this is not a Covid-depending factor, the remote-first approach is seamlessly woven into the fabric of ICEO and it's been there long before the pandemic. 2. I love the collaborative atmosphere, which empowers employees to bring their creativity to the table. 3. I can really feel the impact I'm having on the organization, which excites me every day - this is definitely a place, where your ideas make a difference (also because it's a venture builder, which harvests the ideas for start-ups internally, but not only because of that!) 4. Last but not least - the whole team is great, this is a group of open minded and experienced people, which makes you feel that you're growing professionally every day!
