      Pros

      Great capabilities in house and a team of experts who are all keen and enthusiastic. Some great clients with interesting briefs. good pay and not long hours.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and direction which gets in the way of the business's progress. Lack of training and bad communications from management.

      In depth training Hands on practice They really want you to learn the role and are eager to help you feel comfortable and valuable.

      Cons

      Maybe my position was too entry level but it was pretty boring. Didn't see a clear trajectory.

      Work life balance and great location.

      Pay was just decent. Management was awful! Not technologically innovative. Attempt to manage global project rollouts through Excel.
