Pros
-You will receive a permanent 40 hours/week -A good 'stepping stone job' for experience of younger folk -Has something called VTO where you can take time off when it's there's no work and it won't be held against you. -The employees are mostly friendly and fun (Things like Secret Santa, lottery pots, etc)
Cons
-NO raises (because they claim the bonuses are better) People have worked there years without a penny more -Here's the catch, extremely low bonuses (This year was the first in a long time we got one more than 60 bucks) -Many employees are foreigners who do not speak English, and the employers take advantage of this -Supervisors curse, yell, and downgrade employees (Because the bosses above them to the same) -Not many paid holidays except the big ones -Not many benefits -Keep people as temps for 3-5 years -No recognition of hard work
