      Pros

      Absolutely no Pros. Keep looking and save yourself a lot of hassle. Wages are bad, benefits are bad and management is loutish and belligerent at the best of times. The only Pro I can really think of is that other bad jobs look positive in comparison.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Small operation run by two brothers that lacks the professional standards and disposition of a real business.

      Pros

      Subcontractors are paid on time and dealt with fairly, making it easier to solicit bids and get responses to invitations. Hands on owners no disconnect.

      Cons

      They run a lean machine, You will work non stop for the full day. If you are like me and like to work, its no biggie.
