Pros

There is so much to be learned. Because ICSN is a relatively small company, you are required to wear many hats. APMs are required to perform all tasks ranging from A to Z.

Cons

It could be overwhelming at first for recent graduates who did not study a relevant major.

Pros

You can learn about the contract-manufacturing industry. Die casting, Extrusions, Stamping , etc The Owner is a nice and personable individual.

Cons

They cycle through new grads and pay them below subpar salary. During my 2 years, I have seen over 15 people leave. Most people will only stay for year and move on. The industry is dying and profits are nonexistent. As more and more people leave, upper management will distribute workload on to the few remaining and expect you to do more work with little compensation. The culture is terrible. Senior Management consists of all Korean older men. They will speak to each other in Korean all the time. Management will go out every 30 minutes and smoke cigarettes, sometimes staying outside for over an hour. They do this all the time. Literally go out 10~15 times a day. Managers will be playing games or watching TV when you go into their office sometimes. You are micromanaged like crazy. With the very little work that they do, all assistant project managers get fed up very soon and leave. There is no such thing as a raise or bonus in this company. I've been told that IF you are lucky to even receive a SMALL raise, you take whatever is given. There hasn't been a raise given within the last couple of years. There is no room for advancement. Management has been the same for the past 10 years and their company model is to cycle through new grads. You are better off having no work for a couple of extra weeks~months and finding a company with better culture and career opportunities. I have literally seen employees quit on the spot without giving a 2 week notice. That is how bad it is. Vacation ~ You can THREE vacation days after ONE YEAR of work. Although you are salary, there were instances where if you took some days off, you were not paid for those days. Wednesdays and Fridays, lunch is provided but the culture is so down that no one wants to talk. You have to awkwardly sit there and listen to politics, religion.
