Pros
WARNING : The owner tells his employees to write good reviews. All of the reviews on here are fake - they're either written by the owner, or the owner forced his employees to write them. Pros: Smart people and freedom to work on projects without micro managing. The only positive thing from this experience is that I had the opportunity to work with incredibly smart people. The employees are great but the owner is toxic. Avoid this company at all costs.
Cons
The owner has a temper problem. He's an emotionally unstable person that disrespects you as a person. He uses vulgar language and talks down to you as if you are worthless and have no value, but in reality we're the people that are keeping his business alive since he can't do it himself. What's worse is there is no HR to report him since he is the owner. You can't sue him because he has more money than you. He puts on a disguise in the interview process (and even the first few months of working there) to make himself seem nice and smart so he can lock you in as an employee. The truth is the owner is extremely deceiving and cynical. Very untrustworthy and just really not a good human being. Examples: The owner would yell at you can call you an incompetent idiot. He yells about things that are unimportant because he does not have control over his emotions. He uses swear words often and even threw the mouse across the room when things don't go his way. He's like a little kid. It is extremely toxic and unprofessional to work for this man, and taking a job here means you cannot avoid him. He is ALWAYS around since only like 5 people work in this team. The worst part is after all you put up with from the owner, he doesn't even have the dignity to compensate you fairly. The compensation is extremely low compared to its competitors. He doesn't even give most employees a bonus! If you take a look at what other trading firms are paying their employees even without a bonus you'll be surprised. You will also be happier elsewhere. He also fires people quickly so think long and hard about what type of lifestyle you want to live.
