Pros

Possible hybrid positions, good clients

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work expected out of you. If you’re remote they think you’re available 24/7. Management will talk in French while on a call knowing the participants only speak English. No collaboration in particular departments, it’s one persons way or no way. You’ll move up in the company if you’re coming from an overseas location to the US.

Pros

The pay! The system was pretty easy!

Cons

The facility manager and operations manager are, in my experience, among the most unprofessional managers I have worked with. They often talk down to employees unless they favor them, and they tend to remain in the office giving orders rather than stepping onto the floor and helping with the work. They get upset over small issues and emphasize that things need to be done correctly, yet from what I observed, they struggled with managing the warehouse effectively and communicating with employees respectfully. From my experience, it also felt like some employees were treated differently and held to inconsistent expectations, which created a difficult work environment. The overall atmosphere came across as very rigid, with a “their way or the highway” approach. If you read this, I would strongly recommend considering other options. The pay may not be worth the work environment. In my opinion, the supervisors and leads are what help keep things running.
