Pros

Schedule and pace of work

Cons

Management and HR at the Rialto building are always working together and one sided. They have favoritism and will terminate anyone that has complaint about them. So retaliation if you will. No open door policy as the HR personnel is never on site and only shows up when something happens. 4 years of my life to get terminated by a GM out of retaliation to several complaints which some were about his racial and aggressive behavior.

Pros

The pay! The system was pretty easy!

Cons

The facility manager and operations manager are, in my experience, among the most unprofessional managers I have worked with. They often talk down to employees unless they favor them, and they tend to remain in the office giving orders rather than stepping onto the floor and helping with the work. They get upset over small issues and emphasize that things need to be done correctly, yet from what I observed, they struggled with managing the warehouse effectively and communicating with employees respectfully. From my experience, it also felt like some employees were treated differently and held to inconsistent expectations, which created a difficult work environment. The overall atmosphere came across as very rigid, with a “their way or the highway” approach. If you read this, I would strongly recommend considering other options. The pay may not be worth the work environment. In my opinion, the supervisors and leads are what help keep things running.
