Its very demnding, you have to be ready to work.

-Cool clients -All of the assistants become friends -Very detailed and thorough training process

They do not give any feedback. I was let go with no explanation and without having received any prior feedback. I would have welcomed criticism and the opportunity to improve, but I was not given the chance. This tells me they don't care about employee growth or supporting their team. Additionally, there was more turnover in the two months I was at the company than there has been at the three years I've been at my current job.
