      Pros

      In a fast paced and at times chaotic field, ID takes the time and effort to invest in the growth and learning of its junior employees. I feel so supported and am excited to see where my career here takes me!

      Cons

      This job (no matter where you do it) is likely not suited for people who are not open to taking work home with them when necessary.

      -Cool clients -All of the assistants become friends -Very detailed and thorough training process

      Cons

      They do not give any feedback. I was let go with no explanation and without having received any prior feedback. I would have welcomed criticism and the opportunity to improve, but I was not given the chance. This tells me they don't care about employee growth or supporting their team. Additionally, there was more turnover in the two months I was at the company than there has been at the three years I've been at my current job.
