Pros

During my internship at ID24 Company, over the course of 2 months, I thoroughly enjoyed immersing myself in the real-world work environment and being a part of a professional team. Taking on responsibilities in various projects helped me enhance my problem-solving skills and gain a better understanding of the significance of teamwork. The guidance from my superior allowed me to stay updated with current industry trends, which in turn, aided in shaping my career aspirations.

Cons

There were certain challenges that came with the internship experience. The fast-paced nature of work and occasional project overruns demanded a delicate balance. Furthermore, communication gaps and some managerial issues could hinder project progression and impact motivation. The relatively short duration of the internship limited the depth of learning opportunities, leaving only the surface of certain subjects to be explored.

Pros

I primarily participated in the questionnaire survey for the second display screen, which proved highly challenging. However, I also experienced rapid growth. Not only did I become more confident in communicating with interviewees, but I also enhanced my data analysis skills.

Cons

I haven't had many opportunities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's overall operations, which has limited my ability to grasp its development trajectory and expand my perspective on related business areas.

Pros

Both the permanent employees and the short term consultants were friendly and helpful, and patient with us for the first few days. You felt like a part of the team very quickly, and you feel appreciated. The internship ended with a warm celebration of our time at ID24. A large variety of assignments with enormous freedom as to how to approach the mission. You are given a task with a clear end goal, and the rest is up to you. You learn time management and self-reliance, which can to some people lead to issues (see "Cons".) Company bonding events, like inviting the team out to lunch (paid by the company). The team almost always eat lunch together which adds a very important social component to the day. Continued checks on my progress during my time there, which includes follow-ups after my internship finished. They did not just cast me adrift after I left.

Cons

The high pressure can be a turn-off for some people, as bad time management and a hefty workload can easily overpower some people. During working hours there is no downtime so no slacking off. You must be prepared to work alone. Each team member works on individual assignments and as you have a lot of freedom in how to tackle the problems you will also problem-solve any issues by yourself, or take help from other team members via messages or schedules short meetings with your supervisor.
