Projects can be technically challenging, which has helped me grow my managerial and technical skills. Team culture: Most team members are supportive, and collaboration with peers is strong. Open-door policy with some managers helps when there are blockers. Flexible work options: Occasional work-from-home and flexible timing arrangements were available during peak personal commitments.

Work–life balance: Project deadlines can be tight and often spill into weekends or late evenings during critical releases. Senior management communication: Senior leadership’s strategy and feedback loops need improvement — priorities sometimes shift without clear communication, leaving teams scrambling. Compensation growth: Raises and promotions are perceived to be slower than expectations; many peers have expressed similar concerns.
