Pros
CORETX was formed out of two tech companies that were merged and floated back in Easter 2016. Selection was managed services. C4L was mainly cloud/data centre and network. Obviously there will be a few wobbles merging companies like that but the purpose of the new company is really coming through and it's in a great place to grow and develop. The new management team is a professional outfit and they've set in motion everything I'd want them to, to get everything humming along. Feels like a rapidly maturing company with great exposure for employees to the latest tech and a career path for those who want it.
Cons
There's still a bit of residual negativity knocking about the place from the crews who can't quite seem to get into the changes that are happening. I suspect they'll pull themselves together or find fresh pastures fairly soon.
