      1.HR process is very much employee friendly. 2.Yearly hike is good. 3.Being a service provider company ,the work culture will teach you managerial skills. 4.Employee recolonization is good,provided you earn it.

      Cons

      1.Cannot learn much on technology part. 2.Life becomes stagnant after 3-4 years of working.
