      Most advanced technology in my BU.

      Cons

      Slow at making changes, stuck in the pass sometimes. Hard to convince upper management what is now and what is required.

      Pros

      Work from home and get dispatched to customer sites. Getting time off was never an issue. Peers are supportive and helpful. Great work/life balance.
