      Pros

      Sadly we were bought by our competition, DDC so the Identigene I used to work for might not be what it is now. It was a good place to work with competent and friendly people. Pay was ok but low. Very flexible on scheduling and opportunities to work remotely.

      Cons

      Upper management is very traditional which isn't necessarily a con but not a plus either.

      Pros

      Small company with a family feel. Opportunity to move up and grow with the company was available.

      Cons

      Being a small company meant that everyone knows everyone.

      Pros

      Great place to work if you do your job right. I worked here for a few months and the company treated me like family, and cared about any issues I had.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a little favoritism toward certain employees.
