Pros
Wide variety of industries served. Upward mobility for those who know how to drive bottom line results. Good health plan (relative to how poor most are these days). If you like variety and are willing to relocate multiple times and you're willing to be a slave to financial reporting, IDEX has a lot to offer.
Cons
Corporate office can be shady (nothing illegal just annoying bordering on unethical); in some cases even taking actions opposite of what they promised to the local business unit. They justify it by claiming "business needs changed".
