Pros
- Great people. Workshop staff very friendly and welcoming. Never dismissive (no silly questions!) = Daily morning meetings chaired by Ops Director was always very well structured. - Company issue laptop very good quality
Cons
- No clear training structure - Lack of clear goals - Office building not a nice working environment. Damp, cold, regular building leaking. - Very poor morale hangover from COVID layoffs. Many staff had then been rehired, but led to awkward atmosphere - Not fully embraced the world of hybrid working
