Good salary, good culture. Excellent corporate team. Friendly people, very diverse workforce. CEO is a leader in promoting a "Business as a force for good" mindset.
Cons
IDS was purchased by Lippert Inc., and maintained the original local leadership team, the downside is that the entire team has never done anything else. They are not forward looking, and highly reactionary.
