      Very family oriented company that always goes above and beyond for their employees and customers.

      Cons

      sometimes the long hours get to you. Just need to make sure you take time off to regroup.

      The culture is exactly what I have been searching for. You are NEVER anumber and everyone cares for one another

      distance to some jobsites, but this is construction

      PTO (Not much though) Paid Holidays (Not all of them)

      Cons

      Turn Over Rate Require Alot Of Hours Can Cause Mental Stress You can work hours after your end time with nothing being said, but so help you god if your 30 seconds late you will be lucky if you still have a job.
