      PTO (Not much though) Paid Holidays (Not all of them)

      Cons

      Turn Over Rate Require Alot Of Hours Can Cause Mental Stress You can work hours after your end time with nothing being said, but so help you god if your 30 seconds late you will be lucky if you still have a job.
