      Good focus on work/life balance. Upper Management including C-Level folks were always readily accessible and genuinely engaged.

      Cons

      There was not a ton of upward potential outside of sales. In an industry that does not have a lot of room for organic growth.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
